THORNBURY has a community radio station again after an absence of five years.

THORNBURY has a community radio station again after an absence of five years.

GLOSS FM launched with a weekend breakfast show, marking completion of the first of three phases.

The next stage is to find permanent premises from which the station can operate and those involved in the not-for-profit venture then hope to secure a permanent FM frequency in step three.

The station has been working with Government regulatora Ofcom to find a suitable frequency but is currently available at www.GLOSSFM.co.uk around the clock.
